2026 is officially here! It feels good to start off a fresh! I must admit, I was miffed at 2025, but we can't always control the events of life. I am thankful for my support system: Chosen family, bestie, Mom,and Bae. As I write this I'm settling down for the night and preparing to eat my collard greens and black eyed peas. (IYKYK). I managed to cook my infamous collard greens. I haven't made greens in a while so I felt good to try my hand for one of my favorite dishes.
