Happy retrograde and happy Pisces season! Happy Women’s History Month. Happy Melanin March!

So much has happened since my last correspondence. America is at war, Ice is still being bitches, and transfolks are being oppressed in new ways. The pandemonium is enough to drive us all mad!

With the world in such a state, I needed to take a few months to reset and reground myself. Retrograde is whooping my ass right when I’m approaching my birthday! It’s one thing after the other, BUT somehow I’ve managed to find joy in it all.

I have no choice but to find joy. You gotta find a way to laugh to keep from crying. I’ve found joy in my naked time and music! Music allows me to channel all of my emotions into a powerful and safe outlet. Standing before the Universe, I bare it all yet bare no clothing. I release my soul in the universal language.

While I’ve rekindled my passion for music, I gained new employment. My energy has been focused on readjusting my mind, body and soul for a new leadership role. I am thankful for this employment, because this will allow me the income to accomplish long awaited goals.

Then there’s turning 40….Ya girl is going to be 40 on the Ides of March (Rip Julius Caesar). I can’t believe I’m entering into a new decade of life. As the hymn. says “through many dangerous toils and snares I’ve already come.” I’ve had so many wonderful experiences. I have lived, honey! I have lived.

Each experience has been shared with friends, family and loved ones. I’ve found love and I am finally happy with myself. Hell, who would’ve thought this Black AMAB would be a talented, kind, musical, Black Transwoman!

What a journey! Well I’m back!!!!
